[Rgc] [EXTERNAL] Re: [clas_members] CLAS12 shifts swap

I asked Vicente to shadow Mohammad on these shifts to get more experience so that the next time he could qualify for expert shifts. The worker on these shifts will be remote, So Vicente will keep Mohammad company overnight.
