[Rgc] [Revised Logentry] Daily RC Summary

>From March 16th Day shift - till - March 17th Owl shift 

Day shift (March 16th)
- Work summary: Continued taking data on ND3+ / HWP (IN-OUT). Flipped the HWP to out at 14:30. Bill Henry has help us in optimizing the online charge asymmetries right after flipping the HWP. 
- Issues: No major issues. 
- Data Summary: 200M triggers.  ABU: 5.4 hours, BNA: 2.5 hours

Swing shift (March 16th)
- Work summary: very smooth shift. ND3+/HWP out 
- Issues: DC HV issue seems disappeared, no alarms, but somewhat high occupancy is still there. (Morgan and Florian will check it in the hall during the target change at 10:00 AM)
- Data Summary:  200M triggers (+41M on ongoing run). ABU: 6.7 hours, BNA: 1.1 hours 

Owl shift (March 16th)
- Work summary: ND3+/HWP out 
- Issues: lots of BMT HV trips. Vset got changes on SEC2 L4 from 500 to 480, then 470, and now at 460V
- Data Summary:  200M triggers (+60M on ongoing run). ABU: 6.4 hours, BNA: 1.4 hours. 

Plan for the next 24 hours: The target group will be at the CH at 10 AM. MCC and RadCon were informed that we will need a controlled access to anneal the ND3 target at 10 AM (they got informed about the target change on Sunday as well).  Will take data with (-) pol. ND3 and HWP out for 24 hours then will flip the HWP.
