Indeed to avoid confusion will be great just to use the /cache official
cook files. Having a unique storage will help.
In
/cache/clas12/rg-c/production/summer22/pass1/10.5gev/NH3/dst/train/
you have only 27 runs
On volatile
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/summer22
you have directories pass1 and pass1New and only pass1New has NH3 files.
Seems there we have 145 runs, some overlapping with /cache files
(confusing).
Could you please move the files from "unofficial" /volatile to "official"
/cache
