Dear all,
tomorrow (Tuesday) we'll have our weekly RGC-analysis meeting, at 8:30AM,
zoom link: https://jlab-org.zoomgov.com/j/1601890334

We should discuss about two things:

1) the aftermath of last Friday's "ready for calibration review" that I
had at CalCom, for the Fall2022 data. There was a lengthy discussion about
the raster calibration. The procedure we had agreed upon in our meeting
(to do like we did for Summer2022, and at the end of all calibrations
Derek would do his raster calibration and we'd upload his constants on
CCDB and check the impact on everything else) was not accepted. What was
proposed is that we check the impact on beam offset and other calibrations
of a ~10% shift in the P1 parameter of the raster. My understanding is
that we should use pass0 data of Fall2022. If there is no relevant impact,
we can go ahead with the original plan, but we will use only P1 from
Derek's calibration.

2) we are supposed to submit an update document for jeopardy at the
upcoming PAC. For this, we'll have to show results that give an idea of
the statistics we got until now and hence justify the need to complete the
originally approved beam time. We'll need help from all analyzers.

I'll also give an update about the updates in the reconstruction code to
implement the RGC target geometry in the eloss for the CVT.

Please let me know if any other item has to be discussed. Note thatI will
be able to attend the meeting only until 8:55AM due to a conflicting
meeting.

See you tomorrow.
Best regards,
Silvia
