[Rgc] RGC S22 cooking progress and output location

Dear all,
the RGC S22 cooking is progressing nicely, you can now check it online at
the link that Nathan set up:
https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgc/status/processing/
The output can be found at: /cache/clas12/rg-c/production/summer22/pass1/
and then you'll find subdirectories corresponding to the different beam
energies, targets, etc.
