Dear Will,
here in attachment the report of RG-C Fall-2022 pass-1 data cooking
review.
Bottom line is that the review committee encourages the CCC to give the
green light for RG-C pass-1 data cooking
after consideration of  some recommendations.
Do not hesitate to contact me in case anything is unclear or you need
more details/explanations.
I'd like to thank Silvia (as well as the whole RG-C crew) for their
thorough presentation of the job done.

As usual, in the first hour the RG will present the status of
calibrations, timelines, data analysis status and computing needs,
according to the review charge (see attachment). The second hour will
be reserved for a a closed session where the committee will discuss
the review and draft the report for a quick turnaround.
@RG-C: please prepare a web (wiki) page where to post the review
slides with (at least) the day before and spread the link to the
receivers of this message.
