    when beam is masked while radiators are moved, DAQ (roc rebooting, 

    restarting runs), RICH recovery, tests, ...  are PCC.<br>

    If more than 5 minutes, put a short comment in the BTA comment

    field.<br>

    <b>UED</b>: unplanned experiment down,<br>

    we use it for <b>hardware failure only</b>, eg the solenoid trips<br>
