[Rgc_analysis] [EXTERNAL] Scaler Bank Tables

Hi all,

In case anybody is curious about the entries in the scaler banks (RUN::scaler and HEL::scaler), but doesn't necessarily want to go through all the trouble of writing their own scripts for reading all the existing recon files, I have documented and saved my scaler bank tables as .csv on /volatile/.
