[Rgc_analysis] [EXTERNAL] Updated Dilution Factors and Target Polarizations

Hello all,

Sorry for the delay. I have here the dilution factors calculated based on Sebastian's Medium Range plan (see slides). Additionally, I show the target polarization extraction for NH3 and ND3 runs in the 8.3.2 coatjava for both the old, and new, dilution factor tables. The general trend is that our new dilution factors decreases our target polarization extraction by a few percent. Feel free to ask me any questions about the analysis.
