[Rgc_analysis] [EXTERNAL] FCupgated + Clockgated asymmetries

Hello Raffaella,

As promised in this morning's analysis meeting, I have produced a few plots showcasing both the run-by-run fcup asymmetries (with and without the RAW::scaler correction) and the run-by-run clockgated asymmetries. Please let me know what you think of these results, and do recommend any further approaches to the analysis.

A quick aside, the HWP status of some of the runs (namely in the first run range) should be flipped, because their values are incorrect in the RCDB. I did not do that here, but I could easily implement that in a follow up.
