[Rgc_analysis] [EXTERNAL] NH3 Polarizations for 8.7.0 TBT

Hi all,

Here are my NH3 target polarizations for the 8.7.0 TBT coatjava using inclusive DIS. Seems the Faraday Cup correction is smoothing out the Tpol as expected and is fairly consistent for adjacent runs with the same HWP status and RCDB tpol sign.
