[Rgc_analysis] [Rgc] recent ND3 runs cooked in HBT model for inclusive asymmetry check

Hello Everyone,
As you probably know, this "trigger dilution" factor is really just an empirical thing to scale the charge-corrected trigger-bit asymmetry to be what you want for online monitoring.
Ideally it's to satisfy this:
P_offline = H * A_c_offline
P_trigger = T * H * A_c_trigger
P_offline = P_trigger
Where H is all the beam-polarization/target-diluation/acceptance/etc factors wrapped into on, named "H" just because I got it from Harut originally,. And A_c is the charge-corrected asymmetry. And T is the trigger dilution (which we/I assume must be independent of target type for our purposes).
*** So to get T, we ideally need either A_c_offline measured (although P_offline will also work, just more tedious). And if H has changed relative to 2022's no-FT, then we need that recalculated too, one for each target.
*** Or, we can forget all that, and you can instead just tell me what to set them to, without a real offline analysis. But you probably want to avoid changing it regularly, because that might make it difficult to interpret the archived trigger polarization later on.
