[Rgc_analysis] more cooked runs in HBT for polarization checks and raster calibration

Dear all,
in spite of being already taking night shifts for RGC, Kayleigh has kindly
cooked more NH3 runs for polarization check, and also the
raster-offset-only Carbon run 017565 to extract the raster offset
calibration.
All runs can be found at /volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/dst/8.5.0_HBT
