[Rgc_analysis] [EXTERNAL] ND3 Runs 17650 - 17655 Target Polarization

Hello all,

Here is the result from my inclusive DIS target polarization measurement. (https://cc.jlab.org/system/files/users/gmat%40jlab.org/Presentations/RGC%20Target%20Polarizations%20ND3%20%5B17650-17655%5D.pdf) It looks like we have ~32% polarization when corrected for FCup asymmetries

I thought there may have been a bug because I recently realized that N+ --> anti-aligned spins, not aligned. However, because the solenoid is -1 (at least thats why I think this is) the RCDB tpol is opposite what we would expect from its sign. i.e. a 90% RCDB Tpol is actually polarized 90% in the -zhat direction, against the beam direction.

These two issues resolve one another since they both introduced a negative sign into my final Pt calculation.
