[Rgc_analysis] Cooking of C and ND3+ runs with flipped solenoid

Dear all,

C run 17306 and ND3+ runs 17227,17237,17240,17245,17246,17247 have been
cooked for analysis. These are runs with the flipped solenoid.

They have been cooked with the new CVT tracking and can be found under
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/ana_data/TBT/8c.4.0/
