[Rgc_analysis] note on the extraction of pDVCS asymmetries

Dear Tony,
The FC normalization between positive and negative helicities for the beam
gives a small correction. However, the FC information is also used here to
normalize events between the positively polarized and the negatively
polarized NH3 datasets, which have quite different statistics.
