[Rgc_analysis] check trains definitions

These trains look largely fine to me. I’m not sure, though, whether we don’t need another skim that specifically includes the resonance region? (We could simply drop the W cut on SIDISDVCS). Maybe nobody is interested in that for now, but I know that the UConn group has looked into RGA data to extract resonance parameters at high Q2, and polarization data would certainly help sharpen that analysis. (It also would help US with radiative models…)
