[Rgc_analysis] runs cooked for pass1-review preparation

Dear all,
Li has cooked a few NH3, Carbon, and ET runs using the latest CCDB (and
Derek's raster calibration constants).
I have to ask the analyzers to please prepare the usual 1-2 slides for me
using these runs, in order to show the results at next week's pass1
reveiw, as a sanity check of the quality of the data. I need the slides by
Tuesday at the latest.

The runs can be found at the following paths:

16856 (C), 16877 (C), 16969 (ET), 16970 (ET), 16975 (ET), 17020 (NH3)
