[Rgc_analysis] change of plans for the F22 pass1 review

Dear RGC'ers,
I just got a call from Marco Battaglieri (head of the Pass1 Review
Committee), he said that, in spite of the meetings we had yesterday and
the decision we had taken to maintain our review today, a committee member
is against this. The review of today is therefore canceled and a new date
will be established once the problem with the missing helicity information
from HEL::SCALER is solved. I am disappointed because I'd have really
liked to have all other aspects reviewed, in order to move to cooking once
the problem would be solved. Oh well.

I want to thank very much all of those among you (you know who you are)
who helped me in the race to get all the 70+ slides ready for today. If

I guess we can use the extra time we earned to make a new sqlite file with
raster calibration constants starting from the latest version of CCDB, as
DC calibrations were slightly modified, on a limited run range, after the
comparative checks we made. Derek, can you please look into that?
