[Rgc_analysis] two service tasks needing manpower for RGC

there are two tasks that need manpower for RGC:
1) check the Faraday Cup calibration for Fall22 and Winter23
2) work with Chris Dilks to include the BCA and the double-spin asymmetry
in the QA timelines.
