Dear Timothy,
I am looking into dilution factors in RGC and I am not sure about the
relative ND3/C normalizations. When considering the relative densities
for the C and ND3 targets, I am getting a normalization factor that
seems to underestimate the N contribution to the data. I am attaching
some plots for elastic events so you can see what I mean, the tails seem
lower for C events than for ND3 events when I am using normalizations as
proposed in Sebastian's note, with a packing fraction of 0.6. I don't
have data on CD2 so I can not make the full computation for PF, but I
know you have worked a lot to implement the full Df computation. Do you
have an estimate for the PF using equation 8 in Sebastian's note from
your data please?
Do you see a good agreement between the C and NH3 distributions using
the relative normalizations you get with your analysis?
Thank you. Best, Noémie.
