[Rgc_analysis] RGC-spring23 runs ready for analyzers to be checked

Dear all,
after completing calibrations, Li has cooked a set of Spring23 runs to 
prepare for the pass1 review. If analyzers can please check them and 
make the usual set of plots, it would be great. There are carbon and NH3 
runs. I chose them based on available statistics and run quality. If you 
think we need other runs, please let me and Li know.
Meanwhile, Derek is working on the raster re-calibration, we'll soon 
have the same of runs recooked with his constants, to make comparisons 
(same as we did for Fall22).
The location of the cooked files is: 
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/dst/11.1.0_01_24_25_dst/dst/train/
