<div class="">Dear Collaborators,<br class="">

I am writing to you today to share some exciting news about a new<br class="">

initiative that we are launching. As you know, we are always looking for<br class="">

ways to improve our collaboration and to make it more productive and<br class="">

efficient. One of the things that we have heard from students and postdocs<br class="">

is that they would like to have more opportunities to get help with issues<br class="">

related to CLAS12 offline software and computing.<br class="">

<br class="">

To address this need, we will be starting a weekly office hour for<br class="">

students, postdocs (in fact, anyone). During this time, one of our members<br class="">

(expert) will be available to answer questions about CLAS12 computing and<br class="">

software questions. It will be an interactive session, therefore, please<br class="">

bring your questions, problems, etc.<br class="">

<br class="">

The first session will be next week and Raffaella have agreed to volunteer<br class="">

as an expert. You can ask questions on computing or software issues<br class="">

relating to CLAS12 data analyses.<br class="">

Please join us for the first office hour on Tuesday, August 1st, 2023, at<br class="">
