[Rgd-ana] [EXTERNAL] Postpone RG-D Meeting until August 3rd

Dear Colleagues,

Sorry for the late notice, but I suggest postponing our meeting until next
Thursday, August 3rd, due to some conflict with the ALERT TF meeting that
some of us are part of it as well as the ongoing PAC at JLab. This is a
brief summary of the updates we have so far:

   1. Mikhail completed the trigger road validation studies he was
   performing. There is one final check to be done by Raffaella, and the roads
   dictionary will be ready to share with the Hall B trigger team.
   2. We just had this afternoon's meeting with the Hall B detector experts
   to finalize the list of commissioning runs needed after this accelerator
   shutdown to check the status of various detectors, including their
   alignment, and perform some calibration at the beginning of the RG-D run
   period. I will report more on that next week.
   3. As you may know, the official start of the run now is September 1st;
   thus, I have updated the RC schedule accordingly; see this link
