[Rgd-ana] [EXTERNAL] Hall B goes into beam permit after 1:30 MCC meeting

Hi all,

the crew chief informed us that the hall(s) will go into beam permit 
after the MCC meeting which starts at 1:30 pm. They will do some tests 
that require this and it will take a couple of hours.
