[Rich] simulation "homeworks"

Hi all,

I committed the changes in DetectorConstruction.
To use them refer to the attached doc and the last meeting we had. It's the entry "identifiers" in the perl script.

I'm sorry to give you some additional work but I have the following list of items to be addressed:

1. Maurizio: support all debug of mirrors and photon optics codes to the RICH working groups - as needed
2. Maurizio: implement tubes granularity
3. Marco, Luciano: add the latest geometry scripts in the repository. 
4. Marco, Luciano: verify that the materials are up to date - if not update the repository.
5. Ahmed: add your geometry (if different than Marco's) to the repository.

After this, please all (including Nathan) keep the repository up to date for the geometry and materials: these are the changes transparent to other users.
If you have changes to other parts of the code (like Stepping Action) that you'd like to see in the latest version of gemc, please send them to me first.

I do not want to hear anymore that we're not collaborating properly! Let's use one code only, available to everyone.
