[Rich] RICH prototype test

Dear Rich-ers,

I am glad to inform you that we have obtained a week of beam time at the TEST BEAM FACILITY of National Laboratory of Frascati for the period June 18-24, 2012. We will use a 0.5 GeV electron beam to test our RICH prototype before bringing it to CERN for the hadron beam test.
