[Rich] VCI Conference

Dear All,

I was considering attending the Vienna Conference on Instrumentation,

I would hope to go there with a CLAS12 RICH-based topic. But first 
before submitting an abstract would like to check with you all if:
(a) anyone else from the RICH group is considering attending
(b) anyone has any comments/opinions for/against this, and for/against 
any specific topics/content being shown

All comments are welcome by either email/phone meeting today/next week 
at the CLAS meeting etc.
