[Rich] CERN data analysis

Dear Rachel and Marco,
attached a new version of the parser with the possibility to set the
subset size at runtime:
allocate the object:
gg = new GEMdisplay("../../1207_CERN/rich/cfg/1207_cern.map")
set the subset size:
gg->setMRCommonNoise(64)
read and parse:
gg->readBinaryData("../../1207_CERN/out/run_00300.dat","../..
NOTE:
by default the size is 32
if subset size is set to 0, common noise subtraction is disabled
only 0 or factors of 4096 are allowed (otherwise program quit).
