[Rich] RICH responsibility

Dear Patrizia,
I like to join Volker and thank you a lot for having make the
RICH project a reality. Your enthusiasm and determination have
been contagious and the proof is the progresses the RICH group
has achieved so far in a nice and effective cooperation.
