[Rich] runs information file

Dear all,

You will find a README file in the same directory as the ROOT files (at JLab and Frascati disks) .
In this README file you will find all the detailed information of each run (what kind of run, info about aerogel radiators and absorbers, PMT positions, etc.).
Let me know if you have any doubt.
