[Rich] rich document

Hi all,
I finally posted a draft of the document at jlab in
/volatile/clas/clas12/RICH/RICH_CDR.pdf
As you see it is still a work in progress because many sections are 
empty and some of them are just a first elaboration (in particular 3.10
on the simulations). Please have a look and let me know your comments or 
any new material to be included.

For the review, the idea is to extract from this document 3 short notes to 
give to the committee members, namely on the aerogel (sect. 2.1), on the 
MAPMT test (sect. 2.2) and on the CERN test (sect. 3).
We may further discuss this point tomorrow at the meeting.
