[Rich] new GEMreco files done

Dear all,

The recook of the new reconstructed GEM trees has finished.
You can find all the new files at JLab disk
/volatile/clas/clas12/RICH/CERN_Nov2012/out/new_GEMreco_files/
and at Frascati
/jlabmn/RICH/CERN_Nov2012/out/new_GEMreco_files/

Right now both versions are available in both places (JLab and Frascati). 
Since for the moment we don't have any disk space issue I'm planning to replace 
the old files right after our RICH meeting next Friday, March 22nd.
Let me know if anyone has any question.
