[Rich] LHCb mirrors

Dear All:
Recently I got mail from my Russian colleague with the suggestion to use
glass-coated beryllium mirrors for our RICH. The prototype of this mirror
was made for the LHCb experiment and was actually accepted by
collaboration. But due to some financial problems it did not go through and
LHCb built carbo-fibers mirrors at the end.
