[Rich] RICH wiki

Hi all,
I have update the RICH wiki page, now in the main page
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Clas12_RICH
you can find the "RICH Construction" section with documentation on the 
various elements of the detector (pictures, drawings, step files, etc.).
I'll try to keep this page updated as the RICH construction progresses.
