[Rich] RICH meeting

Dear all,
the first 2017 RICH meeting will be today, January 13th, at:

          8:30 am Argonne time
          9:30 am Jlab time
          15:30 pm Italy time

Please note that we will start 30 minutes earlier than usual time to 
discuss the status of the exit and patch panels.
Then we will continue with the usual RICH stuff.
