Here is the manual on how to run the program.
We want the occupancy map in the integrated mode, with maximum set at 
around 50%, and the Tover plot.
The change in the occupancy should be:
- gray background instead of black
- transform whatever object it is now in histograms.
The Tover plot should have the statistics box.
