[Rich] rich calibration

Dear all,
upon request by the RG-A management, I made two entries in the 
clas12calib logbook.

This is mandatory every time we update the ccdb, in order to keep track 
of what we do.
Notification of the each new log entry should go to Dan Carman, Latifa, 
Raffaella and Nicj Markov (for RG-A).
