[Rich] RICH Analysis Coordinator

Dear all,
I am happy to inform you that Fatiha has accepted to
serve as RICH Analysis Coordinator.

With the approach of the CLAS12 data production phase,
we need a coordinated effort to create a consistent RICH
environment linking together calibration, monitoring,
database management, gemc simulation and coatjava
reconstruction packages.

We also need an organized effort to collect, cook and
analyze RICH data on a regular basis.

Fatiha will coordinate these activities. Everybody
is invited to contribute and help.
