[Rich] [EXTERNAL] RICH Service Work

Dear all,
Daniel Carman asked an update of the RICH tasks that are
eligible for CLAS SoS (and indicate if they are already
taken).

We assume that the service work listed here is related to
extra work that can be shared among the collaborators, but
does not cover the bulk R&D and construction work that only
experts can do, and are doing (e.g. construction and
slow control development).

In this case, the tasks we have tentatively identify are
in the following. I plan to send them to Daniel by Sunday
(his deadline), stating that we are going to refine them
at the beginning of next week. Comments are welcome.

1) MAPMT characterization - 0.3 FTE
     candidate: DU (Fatiha Benmokhtar and students)
               DUKE (Anselm Vossen and students)

2) Aerogel characterization ~ 0.2 FTE
    candidate: GWU (Giovanni Angelini and students)

3) Mirror characterization ~ 0.2 FTE
    candidate: GWU (Giovanni Angelini and students)

4) Time calibration ~ 0.2 FTE
    done on request by RG analysis coordinators

5) Offline Monitoring ~ 0.2 FTE
    regular checks during data productions

6) Online monitoring ~ 0.2 FTEA
    regular check of logbooks, EPICs, online histos
    and event reconstruction (whenever available)

7) Simulation studies ~ 0.2 FTE
    productions and systematics studies, not
    development
