[Rich] [EXTERNAL] RICH updates and NO meeting

Dear all,
if no issue arises, today the updated RICH software will
be merged into coatjava. In the past days, Marco (Mirazita)
and me made various tests, identified several issues and
fixed then thanks to the patience of Raffaella. The
effort was longer than expected (as usual) but we hope
the new software will increase our confidence and
efficiency.

As everything cooked so far (tags till 6.5.1) had a bug
in the trajectory information affecting the RICH time
calibration, we do not have much to report. The new
tag (6.5.2 if I am not mistaken) fixes this together
with the upgrades anticipated in the presentation
at the RICH meeting of February 14.

We are now going to revisit all the phases again:

- pass0 and monitoring
- calibration of few runs
- misalignments

in order to prepare the CCDB banks for the start of
pass1. We plan an extensive report on these study
next week.
