[Rich] [EXTERNAL] RICH recooking

Hi all,
as discussed today at the meeting, I'm reprocessing the RGA fall 2018 
data to have more reliable, although still kinematically limited, RICH 
PID information.
The main location of the files is this one:
/volatile/clas12/RICH/rg-a/fall2018/pass1v11/
The notation of the sub-dirs mimic the one of the official cooking.
There are few full runs for both inbending and outbending data.
Now I'm reprocessing all the inbending nSidis train. It should be 
completed in few days, then I will move to the outbending one.
To save disk space, I will delete the full runs once the trains are 
done.
