[Rich] [EXTERNAL] RICH reprocessing

Dear all,
today I started the reprocessing of the RICH in all the RG-A fall 2018 
data.
I started with 13 runs for inbending and 13 runs for outbending runs to 
allow quick start of the misalignment studies.
Then the rest of the runs will be redone.

The cooking scripts can be found here:

The files that I'm reprocessing are the ones skimmed by Orlando from the 
pass1 cooking to select events with at least one direct photon. The

The new files will be written here:
/lustre19/expphy/volatile/clas12/RICH/pass1_v1
