[Rich] [EXTERNAL] new rich timelines

Dear all,
together with the experts Andrey, Sangbaek and Chris I have developed 
the new rich timelines that will include the second module plus several 
other information.
Here is a test run on rgb spring 2019 data, pass0 cooking v28.59:

Below you can find some brief description of the plots.
Please have a look and let me know as soon as possible if you think 
there is something to be changed or you want to add more info.

1) dt mean and sigma: same plots as in the old timelines (ns)
2) etac mean and rms: mean and RMS of the Cherenkov angle difference 
Theta_measured-Theta_expected (where Theta_expected is computeted from 
the refractive index tabulated in the CCDB). Data for electrons, 
integrated over all the tiles but separated by topology (mrad)
3) npho mean: mean number of photons per electron track, integrated over 
all the tiles but separated by topology
4) npim, npip, etc: number of pi+,pi-,etc identified in the RICH, 
normalized to the total number of trigger electrons
5) trk mean and rms: mean and rms of the distance between the projected 
track on the PMT plane and the cluster position (cm). Data for 
electrons, integrated over all the PMTs
