[Rich] [EXTERNAL] poll for regular rich meeting

Hello,
following the discussion at the meeting yesterday, we have several 
activities going on, thus  it would be worth to restore a regular RICH 
meeting.
We could start with a bi-weekly meetings and eventually switch the 
weekly meetings if necessary.
The old usual Friday time spot could partly overlap with calcom meeting, 
so I set up a new poll to find the more convenient time:
