[Rsidis-mgmt] time for one or two Moller measurements?

Hi all -

I checked with Jay Benesch this morning, and at 3 and 5 pass, the 
expected beam polarization is pretty decent (94% of maximum at 5 pass, 
80% of maximum at 3 pass, only 21% at 4 pass).  We should be able to 
extract beam-spin asymmetries with pretty good precision. Would it be 
possible to set aside some time for a Moller measurement at each pass at 
which we'd like to extract these?  It would be nice to have a 
polarization measurement in Hall C and not have to rely on measurements 
in other halls and spin precession like we are doing for the kaonLT 
paper.  A Moller measurement should take less than a shift.
