Hi All,

  FYI: We are on the schedule for Sunday Dec. 17,  8am-11am to capture beam data from CLAS12
for RTDP.

Not everyone will need to be available for this. I will plan to be in the counting house to run the
exercise. If Sergey is available then that is probably all that is needed. We’ll talk on Monday
during the RTDP meeting.

Attached is the current version of the commissioning plan for the upcoming RG-K test run
in Hall B from Dec. 15-19. I have highlighted folks responsible for the various tasks in bold
red. Please let me know if you have any questions or have scheduling conflicts for where you
are slotted in.
