The BCMs are calibrated separately so there is no reason to expect them
to be the same when they are integrated over the same time period. The
fact that they are closer at lower threshold is BECAUSE they have
different times. But this doesn't mean that this is better.
It is a good idea to raise the BCM threshold to at least 60
since we didn't do the calibration below 85nA.
It is in the ENGINE so that the variables for the
helicity dependent charges for the BCM1 abd BCm2
can be calculated with a threshold on their respective BCM, but I didn't
put that in the greport.template. That will be updated.
