Narbe: Showed some new packing fractions and dilution factors for the
1st target loads. There is some reason to believe that the Carbon runs
(72187, 72290) used might contain some liquid helium. These will be
looked at more carefully to pick out the suspected parts.
See my wiki page, under 'packing fractions' and today's date.

Hoyoung: Showed some redone HMS inclusive asymmetries. There was a group
of runs with a similar weird structure (increasing over time) seen in
the BETA asymmetries Hovhannes showed.

Luwani: Made progress with the slow raster calibrations. He mentioned
that he might be moving from Mississippi towards end of this year to be
on site. Oscar suggested looking in to the slow raster distribution for
the suspected sets of runs giving the suspect asymmetries.

Whit: In process of making simulation files for neural networking. He is
finishing some debugging.
