[Sane-analysis] SANE GEANT CVS Updated

Mark and I checked in an updated version of the SANE GEANT3. The package 
has been restructured where there is now a top directory and the source 
code is in a separate sub-directory. Also, the necessary input files as 
well as scripts for running in batch mode. The accompanying 
reconstruction software is also included. Basically, the version is now 
fairly self-contained.

There is also a note explaining what has been done exactly with the 
version that's now current on the cvs. This is in the table that was 
previously created under _*Issue Tracking And Assignment*_ and where 
further update notes will be placed, similar to what is done for the 
analyzer and replay.

This is a work in progress. So please let me know if there is anything 
else that can be added or improved.
